The Summary of Information (SOI) is a periodic report that Parties implementing REDD Plus are required to provide to the UNFCCC.

SOI Requirements

• Be provided periodically, consistent with the frequency of national communications
• Include information on how each of the seven safeguards has been addressed and respected
• Be transparent and accessible
• Be consistent with the information provided in the national SIS

Malaysia is in the process of preparing its Summary of Information for submission to the UNFCCC.
